BRILLIANT HIGHLIGHTS TO LOOK FORWARD TO!

Dear coin collectors and coin enthusiasts,

The 2024 coin programme once again includes some wonderfulhighlights that commemorate important events. The 20 eurocollector coin ‘75 Years of the Basic Law’ honours the pioneering constitutional document, which is the basis of our free and democratic order. Next summer, the UEFA European Football Championship will come to Germany. What better way to commemorate this unique occasion than with the first 11 euro collector coin in the Federal Republic of Germany? The new 20 euro, 50 euro and 100 euro gold coins, available for order during the exclusive gold period from 3 April to 15 May 2024, will also be highly coveted items. The following two pages provide an overview of these attractive highlights for 2024.

Another highlight of the year are the four final coins of the 5 euro colour-printed series ‘The Wonderful World of Insects’, with one to be issued each quarter. The ‘Police’ coin marks the third addition to the 10 euro polymer ring series ‘Serving Society’, while the 20 euro collector coins ‘300th Birthday of Immanuel Kant’ and ‘125th Birthday of Erich Kästner’ honour two individuals who have made contrasting and important contributions to philosophy and culture, not only for German society, but for the world. The‘Christmas’ series also comes to a fitting continuation with the 25 euro ‘Advent Wreath’ collector coin, again taking the form of a vivid, sculpted impression.
