Gold coins

Münze Deutschland’s range of gold coins comprises three different series.

The “Gray Seal” 20 euro gold coin represents the first issue in the six-part series “The Return of Wildlife”. The series places a special focus on animals that have previously been on the brink of extinction in Germany, only to have experienced a resurgence thanks to successful conservation activities.

The new 50 euro gold coins series “German craft” this year is starting with the motive “Nourishment” and points out the diversity and importance of the German craft for our society. This coin constitutes the upbeat of a five-part-series with a yearly coin appearance from 2023 to 2027.

With the new eight-part 100 euro gold coins series “Masterpieces of the German literature”, literary works which are milestones of the German culture, will be highlighted. It starts with “Faust” from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, one of the famous works in the history of literature worldwide.
