  On June 21, 2018, the Federal government will issue a 20 euro gold coin with a weight of 1/8 ounce.
  
  The “Native Birds” series continues the issue of 20 euro gold coins with a nature-based theme. With this gold coin, both sides were designed by the artist Adelheid Fuss, who designed the value side used throughout the entire series. She also impressed the jury with her eagle owl design on the image side, in which the decoration of the fluffy plumage and the individual feathers of the wings were particular impressive.
  
  The order period for the three gold coins from 2018 has expired.
