The 20 euro collector coins are produced from an alloy of 925 thousandths silver and 75 thousandths copper in both the brilliant uncirculated and mint gloss qualities. The coins weigh 18 g and have a diameter of 32.5 mm. The coins in brilliant uncirculated quality will be sold at the nominal value (20 euro). The coins in mint gloss collector quality will be issued at a sales price above the nominal value.

The Wolf and the Seven Young Kids from the Grimm’s Fairy Tales series
The image side of the “The Wolf and the Seven Young Kids” coin depicts the dominating wolf figure as well as the kids that have been frightened to death. The fleeing kid also represents the continuation of the story. The coin was designed by artist Adelheid Fuss from Potsdam.
